Valley Choice Highlands 12F (#65933) "Fern" is a 5 year old bred black cow. She is dual registered with the American Highland Cattle Association and the Canadian Highland Cattle Society. Fern is bred to and confirmed pregnant via ultrasound to Valley Choice Highlands 2F. A big boned, structurally correct red bull for an October calf. Fern boasts tried and true old-school genetics that speak for themselves. On her papers is Jock of Glen Aspen, a direct son of the world renowned Jock of Glengorm. Fern's paternal side of her pedigree comes from a long line of black highland cattle that are built with depth and structural correctness. (Including her grandsire, Flatheads Catto, pictured below) The bull fern is currently bred to is a paternal grandson to Black Watch Dempsey. Fern is docile, drop dead gorgeous, and the kind of animal everyone wants to have in their fold.
